Army of Few is a small but potent collective of versatile multi-disciplined designers with a combined experience of over 25 years in the music industry.

Specialising in original campaign artwork and marketing for the music industry AOF has produced cutting edge creative for some of the worlds biggest artists and record labels including Universal Music, Warner Music, Sony Music, BMG, Atlantic Records & Ram Records.

Our Team

Andy Hayes is a designer, art director and drum & bass enthusiast specialising in original album campaign creative.
His professional journey started at Sony BMG in their creative team, realising original artwork concepts for the likes of Kasabian, Leona Lewis, Groove Armada and Editors. Following 5 successful years at Sony, he joined Atlantic Records as a senior designer, working on acts as diverse as Plan B, Charli XCX, Santigold and Rudimental.
Now creative director of Army of Few, Andy continues to work with a handful of the music industry’s top major and independent labels.
Andy Hayes

Ben is a multi disciplined designer from the south coast. After graduating from Brighton University with a degree in Illustration, he moved to London to pursue a career and an artist and designer. Ben practised as a portrait painter for a number of years contributing to a number of group and solo exhibitions across London. Later focusing his skills towards design, illustration, creative fabrication/direction for a number of brands.

Ben has always had a strong passion for music from an early age, with this and his multi disciplined approach to design, he joined Army of Few in 2017.

Ben Rix

Since the age of 14, Ruben has been passionate about electronic music, cycling and graffiti. Hailing from Valencia, Ruben’s education took him across Spain where he studied graphic design in Barcelona before he returned back to Valencia to study at the city’s revered fine Art College.

Ruben moved to the UK as a freelance designer in 2015 where he built up a portfolio of projects for record labels, promoters, television and creative studios. In 2017 he joined Army of Few as a motion graphics designer where he has worked on a broad range of design and animation projects across their entire client roster.
